DON RUSE
Don is a seasoned business executive and trusted advisor with an extensive track record of helping companies scale and profitably grow.

He is the founder and Managing Partner of Byant Park Partners,a boutique management advisory firm that specializes in helping companies scale and profitably grow by intentionally designing their organizations to effectively execute strategy.
​
His efforts have helped clients across five continents address new growth opportunities, cost and profitability pressures, and large-scale organization transformation challenges including merger integration, corporate center design, capacity expansion, and corporate restructuring.
​
Don earned his Global Executive MBA through the prestigious TRIUM program jointly issued by New York University Stern School of Business, London School of Economics and Political Science, and HEC Paris School of Management. He earned is Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

Don lives in Austin, Texas with his wife Karen and their two children, Olivia and Dylan.
